How does it work?
Individual Assessments
Each team member completes a quick 15 minute online assessment through a secure link provided by The People Factor. This evaluation provides a complete profile identifying their two "Working Geniuses", two "Working Competencies", and two "Working Frustrations."
Leadership Prep Session
Before the team session, the team leader receives a personalized debrief that includes both individual and team insights, plus an overview of the upcoming workshop. This preparation ensures leadership is equipped to maximize the team experience and sustain long-term results.
Using your teams collective assessment data, we create a "Team Map" that visually displays your teams collective strengths and identifies gaps in effectiveness. During the engaging, interactive workshop your team discovers how to leverage this powerful model for enhanced individual performance and stronger team collaboration.
Team Workshop
Following the team workshop, your leader participates in three focused 1-hour coaching sessions designed to support successful implementation. These personalized sessions help sustain momentum, address challenges, and ensure the Working Genius principles become integrated into your team's daily operations for lasting results.
